Convergex Caribbean is in the business of enabling organisations and individuals to access major Sources of capital funding for investment purposes.  Their genuine offshore funding Sources are not generally available without personal invitation.

If you are looking to secure major finance and seek the services similar to what a bank may offer in the form of a loan, or a venture capitalist or angel investor, then Convergex Caribbean can help guide you through the complex world of offshore financing to secure investment.

Convergex Caribbean will advise and consult on investment opportunties and will arrange the most appropriate introduction from a variety of different funding Sources depending on the investment opportunity and current funding availability.

In return, Convergex Caribbean requires only serious investment opportunties to be submitted with appropriate business case, cash flow analysis and the opportunity clearly detailed out. Convergex Carribean will need to make an immediate decison on whether to proceed and is not in a position to wait for the submission of additional information once the Petition for Funds form has been completed.  This is due to the dynamic movement of funding availability.

The minimum funding request is US$1 million with no maximum. Any investment request for less than US$1 million is unlikley to be attractive to our Sources of funding. 

Convergex Caribbean will assist as possible to negotiate rates, terms and conditions of any offered offshore financing.

Brokers are enthusiastically invited, with fees protected, to submit our Intermediary Form.
